Beginning immediately, the portion of RAVENHEAD between Beaver Glen and Firefly will be closed until further notice. The culvert there has deteriorated and caused a sinkhole. The wetlands surrounding the area will make replacement of this culvert expensive and lengthy; therefore, it will be some time before the road will re-open. We appreciate your patience and understanding when seeking fan alternate route.

PUBLIC NOTICE: EMERALD LAKE VILLAGE DISTRICT DWSRLF LOAN HEARING & WARRANT ARTICLE REVIEW

Emerald Lake Village District (ELVD) will hold a Loan /Bond Hearing on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village District office, 147 West Main Street, Hillsborough, NH. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a loan from the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund in the amount of $700,000 to be used for the development, installation, and upgrades for the Hummingbird well site location. Additionally a review of proposed warrant articles will occur.

Due to some recent events/ personnel openings, the ELVD Board of Commissioners are seeking any interested resident who would be interested in holding the position of Moderator through the Annual meeting date (April 22) until after the meeting has completed and elections have closed. The person would be there to assist in guiding the meeting and working closely with District counsel for this meeting.
