Seeking Volunteers

Dear Residents,

Do you love our beaches? Do you want to see them kept clean? We are seeking volunteers to help with emptying the trash cans located at all of our beaches. We are looking for one or more volunteers to monitor and empty trash cans as needed, to reduce overflowing and animal rummaging. Garbage bags will be provided to any volunteers.

The transfer station is open Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat and open late on Thursdays (until 8pm).

ELVD Updates

Dear Residents,

Road Work Update

Pothole repairs are occurring this week. Please do not park in the right of way or block roadways so our road contractor can successfully perform this task.

Important Reminder:

Filling or adding water from the ELVD Water Supply to ANY pool, hot tub, spa, tank or trough of ANY size or type is NEVER permitted. Proof of water purchased from an external source to fill the items listed must be provided within 30 days or a fine will be assessed.

We are in an outdoor water ban:

  • No watering with sprinklers of any type
  • No watering with hose nozzles of any type
  • No watering of lawns in any way
  • No watering of ornamental flowers or shrubbery
  • No washing of vehicles of any type
  • No pressure washing of any type
  • No filling of water cans or buckets larger than three (3) gallon capacity

    Resident Notice

    Dear Residents,

    Over this weekend (June 8) various preparation work and disbursement of some loam will occur around the district on properties that have the testing residential water meter pits installed on them. We will be dispersing loam around the pits and seeding the areas as a follow up to the project. This will require some minor labor of raking on the edge/ area of these specific properties.
